We are a group of individuals who love Wisconsin outdoor lands and strive to keep them in the hands of those who similarly respect the uses of these lands for hunting, farming and recreation. We feel that it is our responsibility to be good stewards of the land so that our children and their children's children will be able to experience Wisconsin outdoor lands in the same way as previous generations.

Land Types We Purchase and Sell

• We usually keep a small inventory of thoroughly investigated, high-quality properties for sale.
• Land types range from upland to prairie to wetlands and forest.
• We prefer to purchase lands that are priced below $2,000 per acre so that we can then sell them affordably to a wide variety of people who respect the land.
• We will often purchase large parcels that can be divided for hunting or recreational uses.
• Many of our properties are in various DNR management programs; a reflection of our commitment to the land.

Buying Land From Us or Selling To Us

• We are not agents or brokers, but are willing to work with brokers on purchase or sale transactions.
• We will consider financing, including rent-to-own contracts.
