Selling Land to Us

We are always looking for high quality, reasonably priced lands that are suitable for hunting and recreation, and will treat all inquires in confidence.

Types of Land We Purchase

• We focus on parcels that are prime hunting properties: upload, prairie, wetland and woodland.
• Our primary focus is on parcels priced below $2,000 per acre.
• We prefer to purchase parcels that are larger than 200 acres.
• We are willing to purchase larger parcels and divide them into smaller parcels geared toward recreational use.
• We are happy to purchase working farmland.

Reasons to Consider Selling to Us

• We will treat the land with respect and honor hunting and recreational traditions; we are not focused on converting wild or farm lands into residential uses.
• We are not brokers or agents, so dealing with us can hold selling costs down, but we are willing to work with brokers if the seller wishes.
• We are very willing to allow the seller to retain hunting rights to the property.
